Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare valuations for interim applications for client payments.
• Evaluate and select subcontract tenders.
• Prepare subcontract enquiries and order documentation.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts with subcontractors.
• Re-measure Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare cost budgets and prices for contract variations.
• Prepare internal and external cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare subcontract valuation and payment certificates.
• Monitor project costs to ensure budgets are met.
• Prepare contract claims information.
• Conduct material reconciliations.
• Produce and present project cost/value reports.
