Established over 15 years ago and now looking to grow due to winning more and more contracts this company are now looking for an experienced quantity surveyor. You’ll work on residential, high rise and internal fit out projects to name a few. The role of the quantity surveyor will include:* Liaising with clients, management and contractors on site to ensure smooth running and completion of projects.* Complete forecasts, procure costs of projects, take offs, update clients, attend site meetings and more* Manage multiple projects covering a large patch with the role being a mix of office and site based

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveyor with proven experience across the residential sector* Driving licence* Be office based and happy to travel to sites for projects
