Apex require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position in West Lothian, EH48.

Duties will include assisting in control of budgets, prepare and monitor cash flow for projects liase with contracts managers regarding project requirements.

Candidates with a background in social housing projects preferred but not essential.

• Start date: Depending on candidate availability
• Pay rate: £55,000 per year plus car allowance
• Working hours: 8am-5pm
• Permanent position
